Refund policy

Any order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours from when the order is placed.  We will accept unworn, undamaged, full-price items purchased on gemloungejewelry.com within 14 days of the ship date. For a full refund, merchandise must be returned in original unused condition and in original packaging within 30 days from delivery. We do not accept returns on any custom styles or sale items.  Please contact us directly to initiate a return by requesting a RMA number.  Returns sent without following protocol could experience a delay in processing.  Any return that is initiated that is not a result of product defaults is subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

To initiate an Exchange, please contact Gem Lounge Jewelry within 21 days of delivery.  The merchandise must be returned in original unused condition and in original packaging and must be received back within 30 days from order delivery date.  We do not accept exchanges on any custom orders or sale items.  Please contact us directly to obtain an RMA number to exchange.  Customer will also be responsible for return shipping with a flat rate of $5.95 prior to exchange being mailed back.
